Made for increased "hikability" the Mountain Trek was made to more easily transition from climbing to hiking with a hike-friendly midsole. Technical DNA endures allowing for climbing technical routes with or without gear. Designed for high-level mountaineering and glacial routes as well as high-altitude big game hunting.

• The Mountain Trek is built on the Zamberlan Vibram Mulaz Evo platform, with integrated Zamberlan semi-PCS (professional crampon system) capability for those times when a crampon is needed, but not overly robust for when they are not required
• The Zamberlan Fiberglass 5mm insole grants precise performance and support for edging, toe-in and other technical maneuvers, but is more forgiving for hiking
• A triple-density PU wedge midsole adds both support and cushioning where needed
• The Zamberlan RRS (rubber rand system) provides extreme foot protection and prolongs the life of the boot
