WARRANTY + REPAIRS
We stand behind all of our products. Our warranty covers any and all manufacturer defects for the lifetime of your garment. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you find your product to be defective so that we can repair it or replace it as soon as possible. CANIS reserves the right to make the final decision on all warranty claims and warranty claims are only valid with original proof of purchase. Hunting garments and gear operate in rugged environments in the field. We do not cover punctures, abrasion, pilling, holes, burns, rips and degradation due to normal use in the field. We do not cover damages due to DEET exposure. We do not cover issues related to improper laundering of our garments. Our products are very technical, and they must be laundered properly. Please refer to our washing guidelines on the product care label to prevent these issues.
Our gear is incredibly rugged but it’s not indestructible. We expect our customers to hunt hard, and we understand that damage can occur due to normal field use that is not covered by our warranty.
