SHIPPING + DELIVERY POLICY

SHIPPING PROCEDURE

Orders placed before 11:45 a.m. PST will ship same day. Orders placed after 11:45 a.m. PST will ship the next business day. Orders shipped to physical addresses typically arrive within 2-5 business days for all orders in the USA. If you want us to ship to a PO BOX we will use US Post Office Priority Mail and these items may take longer to arrive so please allow 5-10 days.  Tracking information will be sent to the e-mail address associated with the order once the order ships.

APO/FPO SHIPPING

We are now shipping to Armed Forces Americas, Europe, and Pacific.  Please allow 5-10 days for all APO/FPO shipments.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we ship to the United States and 200+ other countries around the globe.  In the top right hand corner of our site (where the flag is), please find your shipping country.  Once the shipping country is selected, all pricing will be reflected in that county's currency with no duties, import fees, VAT, or import taxes included.  At checkout, the customer will be able to choose to pay the applicable duties, taxes, fees, etc for their country or wait until delivery.  Ultimately all duties, taxes, fees, etc are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.    

Our cost-effective International Shipping rates vary by location, are based on weight, and are fully detailed at time of checkout.
