Rob Gearing is the founder of Spartan Precision Equipment which makes some of the finest hunting accessories in the world. As a hunter and outdoorsman, Rob's needs were not being met by the bipods on the market, so he did what all great entrepreneurs do, he created a new product that met his needs and filled a hole in the marketplace. In this episode, Rob and I talk a bit about product innovation and all the wild places hunting can take you in addition to contrasting views between the hunting and non-hunting world.
